[NLRS] MNQP log help

If somebody will send you their cabrillo file, you can load it in notepad and 
change the relevent info to fit your needs.   Just save it to an appropriate 
file name and submit per instructions.

I could send you a cabrillo file but since I didn't participate in MNQP the 
header information would not be helpful.
