[NLRS] MNQP HF and maybe VHF

I will be in Rice County Saturday and plan  to  try MNQP
on 80/40/20 in the forenoon. See if I can feed the  rover
W0ZQ. In the after noon I may try the rover on 2m and
432 from  Lesuer, Rice, Waseca, Steele and Dodge on
the calling frequencies. Would  appreciate some contacts
if it works out.
