[NLRS] NASA looking for X-band stations (with big dishes)

The following link takes you to a NASA story on the new solar viewing
satellites called "Stereo".    The two satellites system will allow Earth
to view the full 360 surface of the sun in realtime.  NASA is looking for
help to establish a mini-deep space receiving system to grab some of the
data using 10m X-band capable dishes.
