[NLRS] 222 Tuesday *ON* every Tuesday

     222 Tuesdays are for everyone, everywhere.   It's a general 
activity night that was started this summer by N8WNA EN82 
and KC8QAE EN91.  I'm simply the email promoter.   I hope  
you are promoting it in your area.  It's starting to pay off.

     Get on in the evening hours.   Call CQ on/near 222.100 
SSB and CW.   Don't hesitate to use 223.500 FM simplex if 
you don't have SSB gear yet.   Experienced SSB guys, give a 
few calls on FM.   You just might be able to encourage a new 
guy toward the SSB side.   Anyone who thinks we have too 
many guys on  222 SSB, raise your hand!

     So be friendly and encouraging toward newcomers.  :)  

     Please spread the word about 222 Tuesdays.   This will 
only be as good as you make it.   Let's keep this going over 
the winter, and come springtime, we'll be glad we did.  

     I made several updates to the website this weekend.   
Mentioned all weekly activity, including NLRS nets I know of.   

     WB9LYH and I expect to be *ON* Wed. night, with the 
144.240 and 144.250 nets.   The Hepburn maps actually show 
a bit of enhancement for Wed. night so stay tuned.
