[NLRS] 144.240 net may be on after all at 7pm tonight

    Heard from WB9LYH a little while ago and he says his 
antenna is loading fine.   He wants to give 144.240 a try at 
the usual time -- 7pm -- unless his wind is a big problem.   

     I know I'm off due to wind tonight, so give Mark a listen.

     10-11" of snow fell here.
