[NLRS] 222 Tuesday is *ON* tonight

   We're promoting 222.100 SSB/CW and 223.500 FM 
activity on Tuesdays.

    This is for anyone/anywhere.   No set time, no net control, 
no specific region to focus on.   Get on the air, call CQ, swing 
beams and look around.   Evening hours of 0100-0400 are 
best for most.   Spread the word -- this works and is fun if
