[NLRS] 10 GHz Contest

Wish I had more people to work in this area. There seemed to be some
enhancement on Saturday but nothing spectacular. Worked W9SNR, KB0PE, K3SIW
and W9ZIH. That was it. Closest QSO was W9ZIH at about 100 miles. Best
distance was KB0PE at about 150 miles. Both were very loud here. I tried for
K2YAZ in MI and WA9O in WI with no luck. Also tried to work WB9PNU in St.
Louis who didn't have a clear shot to me. He tried bouncing off a TV tower.
That didn't work.

Conditions on Sunday were worse. On Saturday K2YAZ was quite loud and
workable on 144 MHz. On Sunday I couldn't hear him at all on SSB and we
managed a weak CW QSO, tried 10 GHz with no luck. I only worked W9SNR in a
new location on Sunday.

Nothing heard down here from Minnesota at all on either day.

I slept in my car on the hill in EN50rl both Friday and Saturday nights
and woke up with about 3 hours sleep both mornings to set up at 5:30 am. I
need to get caught up!

I hope the September weekend goes better.
