[NLRS] & [BC'ers] UHF 2009 Wow! For W9FZ/R

I will provide at least one station worth of full time recording next year if 
we do the W0AUS Buck Hill effort again.  I have some good cheap ideas in mind.

It will need to be tested under full RF conditions during June to make sure 
it's immune and doesn't interfere with the rigs.
