Hello everyone,
As of my check this morning, the ARRL Logs Received Report
showed 138 Logs received for the UHF Contest. Two appear to be
'dupes' (and I'm aware that one of them has written a note to
Sean asking that the 'dupe' be removed). That leaves 136.
Of those 136 - NINETEEN list NLRS as their Affiliated
Club...WOW...WHAT A TURNOUT!
THIRTY-THREE (just shy of 25%) of those logs are from ROVERS!
(NLRS claims 1/3 of the Rover Logs.) That includes 21 "classic"
Rovers, 9 Limited and 3 Unlimited. 93 Single-Op logs (split 63
Low Power and 30 High Power) and 10 Multi-Ops make up the rest.
Here are 4 of the 5 claimed scores for Badger Contesters...
K9JK - A - 48
K9JK/R - R - 15,504
W9SNR/R - R - 69,747
WB8BZK/R - R - 20,826
Todd, KC9BQA, is not on the Logs Received report (yet) but has
posted a claimed score of 49,680 on his web site. That would
make 6 for Badger Contesters (and I'm pretty sure Ken, W9GA, was
also active).
I've also now done a count by ARRL Section and I bet NO ONE can
guess what Section is in the LEAD...
Is shouldn't really be a surprise...it's Minnesota with 19!
Illinois is 2nd with 12. Wisconsin is next with 6. Several
sections have 5 so far: Georgia, Michigan, Western Massachusetts
and Western Washington.
