[NLRS] W9SNR Prelim 10 GHz Plans

Look for me in EN62cc starting around 7 AM CDT (1200Z), staying for 2 hours, or longer if there is enough activity.  This is a big landfill hill with parking at the top and a good 300 degree view. Only blockage is from NNW to NNE, so shots to NW Mich and most of WI will be tough, unless we get rain scatter.

Will break for lunch around noon, then plan to go to EN51xr until 6 PM (when that place closes). Another big landfill hill with topside parking and pretty much a 360 degree view. 

Might go to one more local grid after 7PM, if conditions and activity are good enough.  Sunday plans are unknown right now.  Will depend on what I find out on Saturday.

I'll have 2.3, 3.4, 5.7, 10, and 24 GHz on board.  Primary liason will probably be cell phone, although I will monitor 144.260.  Also have 432 liason capability, which works better than 2M if either end is at a low spot (i.e. right on lakeshore).
