[NLRS] 10 Meter meteor scatter tonight

Tonight (Tuesday night/Wednesday morning) I'm going to take advantage of the
Perseids Meteor shower to see if I can't get some of those elusive close-in
states on 10 meters. Especially if you are in Iowa, North Dakota, or
Illinois, I'd appreciate if you would give a listen for me, although I'm
interested in working anyone.

Starting at 11:00 PM Central Time (0400z), I will be calling CQ on 28.410 MHz.
I will make very short CQ's and then listen. If you hear me, please give
your call one time phonetically. I will acknowledge and give you a short
exchange ("59 Minnesota" or similar). If you copy, please come back with
"Roger" or "QSL" and then give me a short exchange. If I copy you, I will say
"Roger" or "QSL" a few times, and it's a valid QSO. If the propagation is
still there, then we can have a few more exchanges.

Even if you have a very modest station, I'd appreciate if you could give it a
try.

I am in St. Paul, MN, EN34kx.

TNX & 73,
Rick W0IS
