[NLRS] 10 GHz & Up Contest - Aug 15/16, Rev C

Here is "Rev C" for next  weekends 10 gig  contest.  Added  W0JT & W9FZ as 
rovers.

This plan is weather  dependent.  Start time (1st Q) is 8:00  AM on 
Saturday and Sunday and all are  invited for the full event, or  when you are 
available.  The  rovers will start in  Montevideo and travel only a few miles 
more to  the north so that Buck  Hill can stay clear of the water tank.  
Overnight in  Pipestone.   

At Buck Hill we have heard from:   WA2VOI, N0KP, KC0IYT, K0KFC, WA0SSN, 
K0JSP, N0HJZ, W0LCP, KF9US.  For  coordination, 146.46 and we will list a cell 
phone number too.

For Rovers  we have heard from: WB0LJC, W0ZQ, N0UK,  K0HAC, W9FZ, W0JT.  ZQ 
cell  952-836-7288.

Planning to play,  where not yet known: KC0P

Others  interested:  AI9Z, N0AKC, K0AWU, K0MHC, KM0T,  WA0RSE

For  the "Others interested", OR ANYONE ELSE NOT LISTED,  consider coming 
out to  play - perhaps for a part of a day, or the  full weekend.  PLEASE  
consider joining either the rover group or the  Buck Hill site -  although you 
may live some distance from Buck Hill  remember that the  rovers are drive 
a few hundred miles themselves.  If  you are not  able to make either group, 
give some thought to finding a spot,  and/or  hope  for some rain scatter.
