**** It does depend on exactly where you are in the parking lots.
>From Ridgeway Parkway, return to St. Anthony Blvd and go south under I-35W/MN36
to Broadway St NE. Turn right (west) and go to Hoover St NE, about 1/4 mile.
(I'm pretty sure there's a traffic light at the intesection.) Turn right
(north - toward I-35W/MN36). The intersection itself is in EN34, but as you go
north you move back into EN35. Go to the end of Hoover St and turn left (west)
into the parking lot. Go as far west as you can (to the chain-link fence). To
your left, about 100' to the south, there is a small "island" with a tree on it
in the parking row next to the fence. The parking spot IMMEDIATLY north of the
island is in EN34. Two parking spots to the north is EN35 ! Downtown is a good
shot, and you do have a look to the WNW which you don't from across the highway.
On the other hand, your 23-30' lower than from the Parkway.
The chain-link fence is transparent to 10GHz. For 5 GHz and below, it does work
better if you can get the antennas above the fence.
