Hi All -

Still recovering from the sun/wind burn on my face and the frostbite on  my 
toes.  At times this contest felt like the January VHF  Sweepstakes!  We 
had 51f on the hill with a good wind last  night.  Not the August contest I 
remember!
 
Thanks to everyone that got on the air for the UHF Contest.  I have  never 
heard so much activity in the region.  We'll get a full report  of the 
multi-op in a few days.  We need to finish entering our log in the  logging 
program and get some final numbers.
 
If you made any contacts (1 or 100) please take time to pull  together your 
log.  Make sure you reference your club on it and make  sure you submit 
your log to the ARRL.  If you have questions about log  submissions, drop me a 
note.
 
We might not have the clubs with the top score in this contest but let's  
show them the strength of our clubs in the area by submitting as many logs as 
we  can.
 
Thanks again to all the rovers and fixed stations who got on the air.   I'm 
sure there will be many stories to share.  We've got a few good stories  
and good laughs to share from  Buck Hill.
