Remember, too, that a member of the NLRS (me) will be writing
the Results article for QST again, this year. Still ONLY TWO
pages in print but I am told that space on the WEB is
'unlimited' (and I'd like to _test_ that limit). If anyone has
interest in writing a side bar 'article', especially if there
are some interesting (and "higher" resolution) photos to
accompany, it will be virtually guaranteed to go into the "web
article". Collect your thoughts about experiences and send a
note to me after the contest.
Don't forget that this is the first year for club competition,
so while I'm not able to submit my score for NLRS (since I
reside beyond the NLRS "Club Circle"), I hope that all other
members who DO meet the criteria (reside within AND operate
within) will get their LOGS SUBMITTED (and, preferably
electronically! PARTICULARLY a certain Rover who will be
covering a lot of Wisconsin).
And now for my subliminal message...
>200 Logs in UHF, >200 Logs in UHF, >200 Logs in UHF,
>200 Logs in UHF, >200 Logs in UHF, >200 Logs in UHF!
Good Luck to All and here's hoping that I will be found "/R"
somewhere (though NO PLAN as yet and I'm not going to make one,
since I'd be sure to NOT follow it...the Rovermobile is not even
set-up so I have a LOT to do before 1pm).
