[NLRS] For the SBMS Rovers

Does anyone in the rover group have a handheld (or at least 12V powered) 
frequency counter that can count 189 MHz?  I haven't procured one yet 
and my HP 5245s (nixie) aren't exactly portable or able to run on 
12V...A counter would make my life easier to figure out where I'm at 
when out in the field!
