[NLRS] tripod for dss dishes on ebay

Yes, I have one of those transit type tripods from Menards (~ $69 for
the CST/Berger brand. They also have their in-house Tool Shop brand
that I personally avoid like the plague. In the past, I've seemed to
average about 1.5 uses per tool before failure, so I wasn't taking the
chance). Anyway, I haven't really tackled the leg issue in earnest
yet. I have an idea, but have to think about how I want to implement it.

I have solved the issue of mounting the dish to it, although I think I
am going to make a slight change with that as well. The threaded
attachment point that comes with the tripod looks like brass tubing with
the 5/8-11 threads on the outside of the tube (to screw into a laser
head or transit, etc.). I'm going to take it off and replace with a
standard 5/8-11 grade 8 bolt to beef it up.

Of course, none of this has been tested in the field yet, so the SBMS
contest will be the real proving ground :)
