[NLRS] Test for one of our members--you can delete

Hello NLRS reflector members:

It took months, but it appears I've been able to resolve one
puzzling situation where a reflector member wasn't receiving NLRS
reflector emails and then would be automatically unsubscribed due
to the bouncing emails.  If you ever have issues with the
reflector, let me know. It may take months to find a solution, but
at least you know I'll try to get a resolution.
