[NLRS] West/East activity period in 144 sprint Monday??

Hi Todd, I don't have access to the CVVHF reflector, so feel free to
forward this.

I think you suggestion of 8:00 - 8:15 pm and then again at 10:00 to 10:15
pm for an east/west time period is good, lets give it a try.

As an fyi, many of our club members will have been playing for the full
weekend on the 10GHz & Up contest, and with the 2m sprint being immediately
on Monday evening we may see some lighter participation due to burn out and
addressing the honey-do list.
