[NLRS] ARRL Contest Robot & submitting a rover score

The contest robot properly accepted my two logs - one as W0ZQ and one as
W0ZQ/R - see the cut & paste below from the "logs received" website.   In
the past this hasn't not worked, so its good to see the change.

For those submitting a log, make sure that your log indicates "W0ZQ" when
you worked me from home and "W0ZQ/R" when you worked me as a rover and we
shall see how the log checking goes.
