[NLRS] More on how to resolve bounces

Hi NLRS reflector members:

I must mention a separate issue first--a reminder that the
reflector does not accept "html" email.  Emails have to be "text"
format.  And that can be tough to do from aol accounts--but is
doable.

If you have postings get bounced back claiming to be spam, I offer
the following text from Tim--the ultimate server guy for the Al
Waller QSL.net reflectors:

Sorry, no.  Filtering is done using regular expressions, not just
a list of words.  Note that particular phrases most often found in
spam messages are also filtered.

The proper way to resolve this issue is always shown in the reject
message.  It includes this link:

page will help you resolve reject issues without wasting your

Apparently the bounces you receive have a code in them that can be
helpful in resolving what the issue is.
