[NLRS] More rover info re: KF8QL

   Hello again,

   I realize a Western Michigan rove may be a bit of a long shot 
for many in EN44/34-land, but KF8QL does a nice job on 
many bands.  I wouldn't be surprised if some of you work him 
some of the time.  It helps that he hugs the Lake Michigan 
shoreline and looks west a lot of the time.

    He asked me to forward his info, so I am.
