[NLRS] 222.061 W0ZQ/B Status

Hello NLRS land.  Just to let everyone know that I do plan to get the
222.061 W0ZQ beacon back on the air before the snow fly's.  A close-by
lightening strike seems to have caused multiple failures.  Last night I
started looking at it and found out that the JFET used in the 28 MHz
oscillator that drives the Hamtronics transverter with the 28.061 MHz
signal was not working.  Now I at least have the IF working !   The ground
bounce that it suffered seems to have taken out the high impedance stuff.
More work to do, but with luck, it will be operational again soon.
