[NLRS] New 432 Beacon

After having to deal with some physical issues with my shoulder for the 
past two weeks, I was able to get my beacon on the air today at 
11:19AM.  Reception reports most welcome!

Stats:
Freq: 432.324 MHz
RF Power: 4 Watts
Antenna: 432 HoLoop at 170' AGL
Location: EN45vk (Timm's Hill, Ogema, WI - highest point in WI)
