[NLRS] 432 Beacon now complete

I've (finally) finished building up my 432 beacon in its final form.  I 
tentatively have work to do on our microwave system on Monday the 10th, 
so I hopefully will get the beacon on the air permanently at that time.

Specifications:

Freq: 432.324 MHz
Power Output: 4 Watts
Antenna: 432 HoLoop (M-Squared) at 170' AGL
Location: EN45vk (Timm's Hill - Highest point in Wisconsin) near Ogema, WI
