[NLRS] Not much Tropo in EN37ed

  Both EN43 and EN53 beacons are being heard here this morning but not all that strong. About what I call "summer normal", but it is NOV 1st!! Nothing else being heard... GHZ said he heard ZIH, but I'm hearing nothing from Ron.
