[NLRS] CSVHFS States Above 2007 - 2008: May Request

Hello NLRS land.

Time to catch up on our States Above activity.   This years event ends in
June so we have just one month left.   Get on and operate in the June
contest and there is a good chance that you can achieve the 30 States
threshold for the award !

This year long operating event runs from 0001 UTC, 1 July 2007 to 2359 UTC,
30 June 2008.   The object is to work as many States and Provinces as
possible on the bands above 50 MHz.   QSL cards are not required.   Some
nice forms can be found on the referenced website.   Work 30 or more,
submit your results to our very own K0KFC next summer, and receive a very
nice certificate from Central States.    The full rules can be found at
