[NLRS] PCB Fab Problem(s)

Bud,

I have used it a few times with somewhat reasonable success.  I have found 
that if there is any oxidation on the PCB the stuff does not stick very 
well.

I know they say you are not suppoed to do it, but what I have found works 
the best is to take a 3M Scotchbrite pad to the board until it is nice and 
shiny.  I think I may have also tried PVC cleaner.

At any rate, I was eventually able to get reasonably good transfers.  It 
wasn't perfect as I still had a few traces that would not stick or had some 
bad spots that I had to touch up, but overall it didn't turn out tto bad.
