[NLRS] Rovermania V and the August UHF Contest

Hi Jon & NLRS,
   Thanks to NLRS for once again organizing this great Midwestern event!
I'll most likely rove in the Chicago area for Rovermania covering EN51, 52,
61 & 62.  No firm plans in place yet.  There have been several rovers
talking up interest for this year's event and several rovers have plans to
run additional bands this year.  I may modulate my basic plan to partake in
the fun!
