Hello NLRSers,

The ARRL "Contest Forms and Rules" web page has JUST been updated to 
reflect the 2008 rules for the UHF Contest.

AND "we" can NOW have "Rovermania", "Limited Rovermania", AND 
"Unlimited Rovermania".

APRS (which may be a little easier in UHF withOUT trying to operate 
just 130-250 kHz below where APRS sends) IS allowed but remains usable 
ONLY by Multi-op stations.

Still no "Limited Multi-op" or "Single-op QRP/Portable" in UHF.
