[NLRS] Beacon

The beacon has a 99.5% chance of going on the air tomorrow (Monday) at 
Timm's Hill (EN45vk, I believe...will confirm).  I was able to get the 
main beacon finished up but not enough time for the PA, so it will be 
running at 50-100 mW until further notice (hopefully the PA will be on 
the air before the June VHF contest!).  Give a listen from time to time 
if you get a chance.  Any signal report most appreciated!  Email 
acepilot at bloomer dot net or via qrz.com address.

It will be running at 432.324 MHz +/- any drift, which I hope will be 
minimal after a good warm up :)  Antenna is horizontal omni at about 170 
feet above ground level.
