[NLRS] Weave Radio

A new neighbor in our building just started a new job in a technical field.  He just finished an educational program in electronics.  His new employer is working in weave radio.  Having seen us getting ready to rove over the years he knew that we were involved in radio.

While we were riding the elevator together a few days ago he asked if I knew anything about it and I confessed that I didn't.  

Does anyone on board know what the scoop is about this?
