[NLRS] Results: MnQP

Congratulations to Jon W0ZQ for his 4th place finish in this one!
He only missed 3rd by a few hundred points. He worked more
multipliers than any other mobile. And he's the highest scoring
"single-op" Mobile by far. All the scores above him (and many
below) had two operators in the vehicle.
