[NLRS] E-mail "States Above" entries sooon!

What a way to end the CSVHFS "States Above" year with 
successive weeks of domestic openings plus recent European
openings included....  plus, with all the recent sporatic E and
tropo, what a way to start the new 2008-09 year....  :)

Please check the CSVHFS website for entry forms or e-mail
your spreadsheets to me....  Plaques for the top three winners will
be awarded at the conference in Wichita....ceritficates awarded
for all who work 30 band states in the past year ending June 30.
