[NLRS] no VHF rove....NAQP fixed yes

Things came down, and I had to work Friday, and
nothing got accomplished to get the rovermobile going.
  Being also that the A3 tribander has been up for
1-20 meters, and it is so cold...AND the VHF long
booms are nicely configured on the car rack setup, I
won't be on for the VHF, but I will be on for the NAQP
phone.  $&%@#!!  Oh well, maybe I can dig (started to
already) into the rigs and get things tweaked and
teched out.  this month went by way to fast.
