[NLRS] 222MHz is successful... 1296 is next

Thanks to KA0PQW and N0VZJ for the testing on 222 tonight. The system 
appears to be working so it is almost contest ready. It was fun to chat 
on the radio for almost an hour tonight.

OK... now my focus is shifting towards trying to the 1296 gear 
integrated and on the air.

I would like to try to do some testing in next day or two on 1296.... 
can you drop me an email direct if you have 1296 available to run some
