[NLRS] 2008 Wesslund Award - Part 1

I am pleased to open the call for nominations for this years recipient of
the NLRS Wesslund Award.  Nominations should be made in written format and
given to one of your NLRS club officers; W0ZQ, N0UK, or KC0IYT.  This award
will be presented at Aurora 2008 during the afternoon business
meeting. Active club officers are excluded.  A review team comprised
of the three club officers, W0AUS, and membership representation, shall
review all written nominations and make the final selection.
