[NLRS] IC-245 Questions...

I am a little late on my response, I hope you have the radio fixed by
now. But if you are still working in it, this may help. First, I found a
copy of the manual on the web that does not seem to make any reference
to the E model. In the past the E models were different in that the
frequency coverage was restricted to 144-146 Mhz for use in Europe.
The manuals I found did not have a schematic, but I found a schematic
that appears to include the display area. It looks like it has the
display chip numbers and enough information that you could maybe find
the part that is bad. If you want the manual or the schematic or both,
let me know and I will email it to you.
