[NLRS] CSVHFS States Above 2007 - 2008: Feb Request

Hello NLRS land.

Its been a few months since we have updated our States Above club
standings.  With the January contest behind us now is a good time to
revisit the big board.    Send me your updates sometime in the next few
days and I will repost towards the end of this week.

This year long operating event runs from 0001 UTC, 1 July 2007 to 2359 UTC,
30 June 2008.   The object is to work as many States and Provinces as
possible on the bands above 50 MHz.   QSL cards are not required.   Some
nice forms can be found on the referenced website.   Work 30 or more,
submit your results to our very own K0KFC next summer, and receive a very
nice certificate from Central States.    The full rules can be found at
