I know there is a lot of 2m SSB enthusiasts on here, so if anyone wants a non-working Mirage 215 for parts or repair I will let you have it cheap for what I have into it plus shipping.

I got the 215 and a 1016 in a recent trade.  What I can tell you on the 215 is this, the preamp appears to work, the power light comes on, the relay works with both the rear jack and by sensing rf input, but it doesn't amplify.  The driver stage is messed up on it, looks like someone tried to bypass it perhaps?  There is two broken resistors, the best I can tell from the color bands left on them they should have been a 10ohm and 4.7ohm of the 1w variety.  The miniature coax that should be feeding the input of the driver has been moved to feed the input of the finals.  I know that with the MRF240A for the driver that it should be 2-5w input for 40w output, I tried driving the amp the way its setup now with 10-30w and did not see any output, but the amp did draw current, not sure what's wrong, bad finals perhaps.

Anyway, I was able to fix the 1016 with little effort and don't need this one.  So I'll give you guys a shot at getting it cheap before I toss it on fleabay.
