I am assembling a Down East T/R Sequencer. It has all pin thru hole
components
and plated thru holes. Instructions say all components go on the topside.
Fine.
They also say the components can be soldered from the top side. What is the
significance of that ? It looks to me like I can do a better job of
soldering on the
back side (less chance of solder bridges). It seems to be wicking the solder
along the component leads thru the hole to the top side just fine and no
bridges so far.
Any suggestions ?
