[NLRS] 10 GHz & Up Contest - Second Weekend & fixed site(s)

Hello NLRS land.

The second session of the ARRL's 10 GHz & Up contest is September 20/21.
Traditionally it has worked well to have a "fixed" site and rovers, or a
rover pack.  The purpose of this email is to scour our collective knowledge
base for possible fixed sites where those with portable systems can
operate.   What we are looking for is a location that is relatively close
to the population mass of the greater Twin Cities (hence allowing more to
participate), that is accessible by car, that has a good horizon in at
least some direction(s), that can hold eight to ten operators with their
cars, and that perhaps isn't too far from a Kwik Stop, etc.    Two examples
of fixed sites that we have used in the past is the church just east of
Lonsdale and Buck Hill.

Let me know if you can think of any other possible fixed sites and we can
scope them out for possible use.   Be creative.
