[NLRS] 10 GHz Contest

As of right now, Charlie (N0AKC) and I will be taking the 10 GHz rig to 
Elk Mound hill on Saturday morning and will use his call on Saturday.  
On Sunday, I will have his rig and will use my call and operate for a 
couple hours on Sunday.  I will take the list of cell phone numbers and 
will try to call one person at each site or rove group as best I can...
