[NLRS] UHF Contest Logs

Hello NLRS land.

Looks like the League has received 119 UHF, aka "Rovermania", logs so far
with seven from the NLRS and four from the Badger Contesters.   If you have
not as of yet sent in your log you have until 1800z on Tuesday, September
6th.   Remember that paper logs are ok, and there is also a Web Applet site
at www.b4h.net/cabforms  for hand entry of an electronic log.
