[NLRS] 144.240 net ON tonight. OFF next Wed. 8/13

 As long as there's no lightning dancing around 
tonight, we'll have the 144.240 West and North 
net tonight from 8-8:30pm.

   Next week, though, I will be out of town so 
no net next week.  Of course, anyone can get on 
the air and stir up activity.  

   I start at 8pm looking due west from 40 miles north 
of Milwaukee.  I then adjust beams about 10-15 
degrees farther northwest and then north with every 
new set of CQ's.  Typically, there's been time to go 
thru the quadrant at least twice.
