[NLRS] June rovers & APRS

Hello NLRS land.

Its been brought to my attention that the ARRL June  VHF contest rules have 
been changed to allow all stations, regardless  of their operating class, to 
use rover APRS data.    Full  rules can be found at

Within  those rules, the rules for rover APRS usage states:

"3.3.7. Rovers are permitted to use APRS. Rovers using APRS transmit  only 
their call sign and position. Any station, regardless of their operating  class, 
may access rover APRS data directly or via the Internet. "

Happy  APRS roving to all !   Now, if only gas wasn't so  expensive.
