[NLRS] CASH Conference - Lake Superior Tour

I have booked a room for the conference.

My plans have changed and I will not be able to go to the conference as I
and a friend will be riding our bicycles on the circle tour around Lake
Superior from July 6 - July 22.  We hope to have APRS up, running, and tied
to my website for tracking.  I welcome anyone that wants to help me with
this.  Areas include: radio choice, Battery choice, solar recharging, TNC,
GPS device, interface, Web Design, APRS Web integration and other areas I
have not identified yet.

I am planning to let the room go but will hold onto it for a while if
someone thinks they may not know until the last minute if they will be able
to go.  I can give it to them and still hold the preferred rate for them.
