[NLRS] CSVHFS States Above 2007 - 2008: September Results

Hello NLRS land.

Its a few days early, but here are the September States Above results.
Some great totals showing up already.   The recent 10GHz contest padded my
ZQ/R score.   Nice job by Vince and John with some great 6m totals.

This year long operating event runs from 0001 UTC, 1 July 2007 to 2359 UTC,
30 June 2008.   The object is to work as many States and Provinces as
possible on the bands above 50 MHz.   QSL cards are not required.   Some
nice forms can be found on the referenced website.   Work 30 or more,
submit your results to our very own K0KFC next summer, and receive a very
nice certificate from Central States.    The full rules can be found at
