[NLRS] IF radio power consumption

I use an old Icom IC-251 with the internal DC power jumper to the PA 
section pulled.  It puts out somewhere around 200 microwatts (yes, MICRO 
or about -7 dBm for the techies) to drive my DEMI transverter.  I'll 
power it off DC and let you all know what it draws...now I'm curious 
because the 251A has the blue flourescent display...
