[NLRS] CSVHFS States Above 2007 - 2008: September Request

Yes, its back.   The Central States VHF Society "States Above" operating
event.   The NLRS uses this fun operating event as a way to keep activity
levels up and to oh ya, have some fun too.   The full rules can be found at
http://www.csvhfs.org/ and click on "States Above 50 MHz Award Program"
button.

This year long operating event runs from 0001 UTC, 1 July 2007 to 2359 UTC,
30 June 2008.   The object is to work as many States and Provinces as
possible on the bands above 50 MHz.   QSL cards are not required.   Some
nice forms can be found on the referenced website.   Work 30 or more,
submit your results to our very own K0KFC next summer, and receive a very
nice certificate from Central States.

So, we are off and running!   Please send me any totals that you have and I
will update our tally and repost.   This is mostly for NLRS members, but I
have been known to "sneek in" a few CVVHF and Badger guys too !
